Thinking about an AWS Cert....Which one?

Thinking about a AWS cert after I finish my Linux +. Trying to integrate AWS with my WordPress skills and pick up some part time freelance work. I'm looking at the 3 associate level certs. Which one should I go for?

Why not all 3? Or maybe start w/ the Solutions Architect, then the SysOps, and skip Developer?

If you look at the "Candidate Overview" section for each of the certifications, its quite descriptive and gives you an idea of the target audience. That could give you more direction in deciding which certification you may want to pursue.

Start with the Associate Architect as it is an overview of all of the AWS services, then either SysOps or DevOps depending on your focus. One of the developers here thought the Architect exam leaned more towards the Ops side of the scale, FWIW. Both the SysOps and DevOps Assoicate exams roll into the DevOps professional exam that was released earlier this year.

Will your company provide training or are you doing this on your own?

I'm working on both the Professional Architect and SysOps certifications as I am on the Ops side.
