Can anyone recommend a good book or any study materials for the CASP CAS-002?

I've put my CEH studies on hold, going to take the v9 instead of v8. So I have decided to study for the CASP in the meantime. Can anyone suggest some good books or study material for this exam? Thanks!

Thanks for the reply! I can't find any CBT nuggets for the CASP, have they even made training videos I wonder?

nope, my fault, I was confusing it with another course I am looking at for CBTnuggets.

CASP I was going to use Skillport and probably this book from Sybex
