Isaca official study guides are usually the best way to go... Lots of books on Amazon, too. -

You can purchase materials directly from https://www.isaca.org/bookstore/Pages/CISA-Exam-Resources.aspx
Recommended materials are Review Manual 2015 and QAE database subscription. Shipment is usually by Fedex/DHL so you can receive the books in less than a week. Do read the forum threads for other details. -

Official ISACA materials are the only way to fly. Get the ISACA CISA manual/book and all of the questions (electronic or print, your choice). Read the manual once and keep it if you're looking for real-world on-the-job reference materials. Go over the Q&A time & time again since they help the most with the actual exam prep. -
