Anyone have a good template for Security Awareness Training? Or any links to free security awareness training (not DISA, to many references too being DOD affiliated)

Although it's not free, SANS Securing the Human is great. My previous agency implemented it within the state (I was the top level administrator). If you have the budget, it's pretty cheap. Yeah it looks pretty good. Problem is its for one of my small clients trying to meet a PCI requirement and they dont have a big budget.
