Going to do security+ shortly, and I am likely to continue in security certifications--I was thinking I might do i-net+ to get CIW associate level and then do CIW-Security. Any other suggestions?
I'm afraid I don't qualify for SSCP as my job is not technically security related? CCSA is a vendor certification -- does it cover Check Point products primarily? I'm not familiar with the company and can't seem to find much training text online.
I don't see any evidence that the security industry knows that the CIW certs exist. You should give higher priority to obtaining certs that are well-known in the industry that you are interested in working. If you want to stay vendor neutral, then you should favor the SSCP…
