I am looking for a good online training resource for the intermediate exams. I bought one package and its not to hot. I did it based on recommendations I saw on here. The video looks like it was done in the 90's and there is basically no support material to use to study with. Any suggestions is appreciated.
I was just curious why the majority of the posts here are on Foundation and not much on the other levels. Is no one doing them or is there another website for that?
This is my first of a long list of certificates that I wish to gain.. so glad it went well and a good start to my list, here's hoping they all go as easy! Passed with a score of 84%, lower than I had hoped however was well above the pass mark. The exam didn't take much time, they gave me 1hr however I was done within 20…
Hi, Has anyone signed up for the Axelos ITIL PDP? If you have, I would like your thoughts on the value/benefits of signing up. Thanks.
Passed today, and happy to have earned the last cert of the year. :D

I also took the exam from ITIL® Foundation and it is full of BEST answer and 1,2,4 are correct or all…

Passed the Foundation exam this morning with a 90%. The exam was straight forward as everyone else has said. Here is what i used to study with: Clair Agutter-ITIL Foundation Essentials Brady Orand-Foundations of Service Management Gallacher and Morris-foundation study guide. I only used 20 minutes of the allowed 60. I did…
I passed the ITIL 2011 foundations exam this morning. I sort of barely passed it with a 70% which is not a great score but a pass is a pass. I studied for around 2 weeks using Claire's book and book by Liz Gallacher and Helen Morris which both books were great but the material is just a little on the dry side and a little…
Does anyone have a direct link that explains the certification path after the foundation. All I see is everyone doing RCV. I am looking to see what the options are along with info to study for the exam. In advance, thanks for any feedback.
