As the title says, I've booked my ITIL Foundations exam for August 7th. I've about finished a book and have been watching CBT Nuggets for the corresponding chapters before I read. I'm passing the end of the chapter exams but I don't feel as if I'm retaining anything as all of the processes and acronyms melt together…
Hi all, As this is my first post in this forum, hello to everyone. Great to see that everyone is helping each other out. I have a couple of questions for you if it's ok: 1) I have started preparing the ITIL foundation exam by reading the book "ITIL foundation exam study guide" by Liz Gallacher and Helen Morris…
Hi everyone, I was thinking of going for the ITIL V3 Foundations exam, but I wanted to know if using just Claire Agutter's prep book for ITIL V3 foundations would be sufficient enough for the exam / coverage. Has anyone else done this just using her book? Hope to see some responses. Cheers, Justin

Hi guys, I'm planning to give exams on ITIL V3 level. Haven't started preparing yet. Would like to have study partner, please let me know ASAP because i'm planning to complete it at the earliest. Thanks in advance:)
Just took my ITIL v3test, got a 27 out of 40. experience wise I believe that with a good week of study you can get a n average score plus luck. This material was very dry and hard to stay focused. Got a good amount of easy questions that related to the acronyms, and a fair amount of questions that with patience I was able…
