Hi All,
I would like to prepare for ITIL foundation certification. I went through the ITIL official website and got the "The ITIL Foundation Certif icate Syllabus v5.5 – January 2013". Hope this is the latest syllabus ? Please provide some guidance & tips. Thanks in advance & much appreciated!!!

JoJoCal19 Mod Posts: 2,835 ModI highly recommend the book ITIL Foundation Essentials by Claire Agutter. Read that several times (Its a little over 100 pages) and as long as you understand the material, you should be good to go.Have: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, eJPT, GCIA, GSEC, CCSP, CCSK, AWS CSAA, AWS CCP, OCI Foundations Associate, ITIL-F, MS Cyber Security - USF, BSBA - UF, MSISA - WGU
