Hi All,

I am new to this word ITIL. I am currently working as a business analyst to CRM based products in a IT Service Company . I want to grow my career and finding limited opportunties to grow into Managerial roles or client facing roles. Can somebody guide me about ITIL, will it be helpful for me? Or I am going on

This is confusing, I guess. I have called one of the Prometric exam centers yesterday, and they informed that for Foundation 2011 the code is EX0-101. Whereas, I have seen EX0-101 code listed as V3 in some websites. I am not sure, but looks like 2011 is EX0-117.

Can someone confirm?
