All,
First of all want to say I'm really glad I found this forum, something I've been trying to find for a while now. I have to give ITIL foundation next week and have to start preparing now.
I haven't really gone through any course material yet but been lucky to have worked around ITSM area for few years now, so I am hoping to be able to finish the course in 3 days and appear for the exam at the end of this week.
Questions I have:
-> I went through the other threads and found out that reading this book should be helpful - ITIL® Foundation Exam Study Guide by Liz Gallacher and Helen Morris. Apart from this one, any other I should go through before the exam? I am looking at the minimal study material, as I have limited time.
-> What is the correct and latest exam code for ITIL foundation now?
Thank you.

Rocket Impossible Member Posts: 104I'm currently reading that book. It's a good book and comes with practice exams and flash cards. However, it's over 300 pages, so you're unlikely to get through it in the time you have. I would recommend ITIL Foundation Essentials: The Exam Facts You Need by Claire Agutter. It's like the Cliff's Notes version, it's very short and to the point but contains all the information you need.
