passed ITIL F 2011 today

Hi all,
just passed ITIL Foundation 2011 exam. As most of you said, it's not that difficult, given you studied correctly for it.
material used:
- Foundations of IT Service Management with ITIL 2011 (read more than once)
- ITIL Glossary and abbreviations
experience: 4 years as a network administrator, in a financial company.

I found the study material dry at first, but understood the picture by the end of the book. I enjoyed the experience and I now see clearer how the IT departement should be. I also am conscious about areas of weaknesses and improvements in the organization as a whole.

Advice: know the Service Lifecycle, the purpose and goal of each process, the terminology listed in the book. Relate to what you already know in the industry and you should pass.
