Please I need some guides on how to prepare for itil osa and service operations exam. I have the books, can someone send me the practice questions. I plan to write in mid December. Thanks

In order to take the ITIL intermediate exams you must attend an accredited course - either in a classroom, online or virtually. Your course provider will give you all the information you need, although you will also find some very useful information on other threads on this board.
