The education category can be clean up a little bit .

For example

Bachelor of Science, Information Technologies- Security expected grad date
Western Governors University, City State

I would ditch all the lines so the resume will seem more fluid and space evenly. If you wish to have a line to separate your contact info that is fine. Also under certs I would just place the name of the certification and that will be all. That should also give you more space on your resume.

Those are my only 2 cents.

*Ditch the Lines.
*Move the subject( Education, Certifications, etc ) to the Left.
*Space your subject( Education, Certifications, etc ) from the previous sentence. Ex: Notice how you have a 1 spacing between "3D rendering of human faces using Vivid Digitizer software." and Skills. Then look at your other Subject Headings. No spacing.
