Hi All,

I am looking to purchase online training to pursue my ITIL foundation certification. Ive been looking at a few places like pink elephant, thought rock and itiltrainingzone. Before I selected I Wnated to check in wth the folks here to see if anybody ahd any recommendations or experiences with any of these companies.

Any feedback is appreciated

I have a package by simpliplan, who have by far been the cheapest option and prices were negotiable but wait... I just realised that you're talking about Foundation!

I completed mine using an Australian online company named Art of Service a few years back, had everything I needed. If you can understand the language in the Official book and pass the past papers (which there are plenty) then the exam should be straight forward as long as you cover your bases.

If you're working on limited budget then there is plenty of ways around the "system", I can pm you if needed

As much as I like ittrainingzone, you may find a book is more cost effective for foundation.

Try Udemy - currently the Itil foundation course is $19 with code LOVE2L3ARN. Best of luck!

How did gogotraining do? Has anyone taken their ITIL Intermediate Courses? To take an intermediate test you must prove that you took a course and completed training, correct?

Gogotraining is about $500 for ITIL SS and then you can take the test online at People Cert for $319

I've done the ITIL Expert route with GoGoTraining - details in this post:

Yes you do have to prove you completed the training but once you have watched all the videos you can download a completion certificate that can be used as proof.

    thanks
