Intermediate Level Exam Scenarios tactics?

For all those that have passed any of the Intermediate Level exams, how did you tackle the scenarios? 1. Did you read them all first and then just went through the 8 Questions without referencing again? 2. Did you only read them one at a time along with the corresponding Question? 3. Did you read the all and then read each again alongsite each of the corresponding questions? Any other tips are welcome and thanks in advance

    Hi Grindz

As each scenario normally only relates to an individual question I wouldn't recommend reading them all at once. The best approach is to carefully check which scenario a question relates to and then read it in conjunction with that question. You're looking for any clues that might affect how service management practices might be adopted in the particular organisation.

Read any directions carefully and don't assume that information (for example) in the scenario for question 3 is also valid for question 4.

The best tip is to take a very analytical approach to the sample exams. Make notes about how the scenario affected your answer as you go and then check against the examiner's rationale. Practicing carefully with the sample exams will really help in the live exam.

    Good luck,

    Claire
