best ITIL foundation materials

Hi,
I've been through the forums quite a lot this morning, and it seems that the Claire Agutter book come s highly recommended, but is there anything else that people would recommend?

In particular, I am wondering whether there is a reputable site that offers practice exams, fee based or not.

And one last thing, can any confirm the exam cost in the UK, please?

Hi Matt88,

I completed my Foundation exam a few years back using The Offical Book and several past papers which are readily available. Personally, any advice I've received from Claire in this forum has held water so it stands to reason that the book will also be of similar quality and value. £145 (ex VAT) for the exam and Good luck

for the study guide, I recommend "Foudantions in IT Service Management With ITIL 2011". I used it to pass the exam. Check my review here:
