Axelos Certifications ..

Dear All

I am working as Sr Manager in an IT company with total experience of about 15+ years.

I completed below certifications.

ITIL Expert and Practitioner of [ prince2, risk, value, programme, portfolio, p3o ]

My question is are axelos certifications valuable enough in the global market for a program manager ? I know experience and delivery is what counts but my question is whether having all of above certifications is a reflection of at least above average skills of a IT manager

Please advise.
