    Hi there,

    I just passed my exam today, I was logging on to leave a review of a great book I used: ITIL Foundation Study Guide by Liz Gallacher and Helen Morris, I found this book very useful, much less "dry" than other ITIL Foundation books I browsed. This book proved indispensable to my passing this certification. I would have NEVER succeeded without it.

    I also used extra exam examples from: ITIL Exam Prep from Christopher Scordo, this is a massive book with loads of questions and exam examples.

    Author: Christian F. Nissen
    Is an exellent concise and to the point book. It helped towards passing my exam.
