Cyber Guardian questions

So, is the cyber guardian an actual program that does something or is it just resume filler? The website makes it sound like its a team that a company can hire to do red team or blue team activity. I'd be interested to hear if anyone can tell us about their experience.

Also, is the 5 year requirement enforced strictly? Or is it like the CISSP where security linked experience counts?
