Just took ITIL Foundation

Work just sent me through a 2 day ITIL Foundation boot camp. Wow. Coming from a purely technical background, that was a lot to digest in such a short amount of time. It was definitely the "Open mouth, insert fire hose" approach. I'm supposed to have my results within the next two days. I'm not sure if I passed or not, but at least my brain can breathe now!

It is a lot of info to digest if you only have a short amount of time. Luckily, I had experience in an enterprise that used ITIL/ITSM so it made more sense when I was taking coursework. *crossing my fingers* that you're going to pass but you have to wait 2 days for your results? That sucks! I took my test online and got my results instantaneously - I'd hate having to wait!

lol I absolutely hate waiting for test results (eCPPT comes to mind >.<) My exam was on paper. I feel confident enough, but who knows. They said they'll send me through again until I pass if necessary. My pride hopes for a first time pass though

I just got my results this morning. I passed with a 32/40. It only took 6 days to get the results. Glad that is over with
