Just passed my ITIL 2011 it took me two weeks to study up and learn. This is a great frame work that I'm looking to dive deeper in knowing i don't think i will take more exams but i will pick up more books.
What i used to pass Udemy ITIL Foundation course by ITSM Zone- I paid 15 dollars for it
Cybrary IT videos
and the Sybex books
Now on to CISSP

Compared to the Comptia exams I would say it was easier there was no out. Of left field questions. I highly advise the Udemy class if you can get it for 15 dollars it went over everything for the testI find your lack of Cloud Security Disturbing!!!!!!!!!
