ITIL Foundations exam

Good afternoon. I'm interested in getting the ITIL Foundations (2011) certification and to this end I'm thinking of getting the CBT Nuggets set of training videos to study for the exam. Do you think this will suffice in preparing me for it? Also, if possible, I'd prefer to take the exam at home on my laptop. I know there are several providers that offer this. What is the consensus for taking the test at home? Is it preferable to take it at a facility instead? And finally, if I sign up to take it at home, how many tries to I get? Is it a one time deal or do I have few weeks where I can take the test several times?
