Where can you find info for after the foundation exam

Does anyone have a direct link that explains the certification path after the foundation. All I see is everyone doing RCV. I am looking to see what the options are along with info to study for the exam.

Try starting here: https://www.axelos.com/qualifications/itil-qualifications - axelos are the owners of ITIL and manage the qualification scheme.
You need to take an accredited training course (either online or in a classroom) beyond ITIL Foundation, so if you've got any questions you can reach out to training providers as part of your evaluation.
