Good practice study exams for ITIL Foundations?

I have taken the practice exam from Practice Quiz: Free Exam Prep, Review and Practice Tests this was very straight forward and I feel it represents what I have studied and to the level that everyone suggests the test is. I also took the exam from ITIL® Foundation and it is full of BEST answer and 1,2,4 are correct or all are correct or 1 and 2 are correct only. Are there a mix of these or is one of these practice exams a better representation of the actual test. I see people on here study for very little time and pass, if that is the case the first test is sufficient, if not, then I guess I need a lot more study time.

Hi,
I've used the "Foundations of IT Service Management with ITIL 2011" book. It's easy to read and just what you need for the exam.

Would you guys recommend memorizing all of the scopes, objectives, and values in each section of each chapter? The material is not very interesting and that is why I am having trouble. I also just got off of Security + so my brain might need a some time.
