How to obtain ITIL certification

Hi, i would like to get ITIL foundations certified and had a few questions about the certification.

What is the latest version of the exam?

Where do i sign up for the exam?

Is this an exam that i can read a book and then take?

Will they send me a physical paper certificate?

How tough is the test?

ITIL v3 Foundation was designed for self study so courses are overkill. Just read the textbook.

They will send you a paper certificate and even a badge.

The test is fairly easy as its foundation. Helps if you have worked on a help desk that uses it.
