Hello
I hope someone can help me with this. I would like to do the ITIL intermediate service transition exam and have been told I need to bring my ITIL v3 foundation certificate.
I passed the ITIL v3 foundation exam around 2007/2008 - It was definately v3. Is this version still valid?
Also, I dont seem to have the certificate anymore, would I need to get a new copy of it, or will my details be on a database somewhere?
It was provided by BCS
Thanks people
