Hi All,
I have started to study for the ITIL intermediate (Service Strategy) exam. I am doing the GoGo ATO complementing it with official study guide ITIL book.
My targets are to complete the necessary online training by watching the ATO for round #1. Then read up on the book as round #2 followed by watching the online training again, doing the necessary exercise as round #3.
I will also make my own notes in relation to the official study guide.
May i have your opinion on my strategy? is this the right way to do it?
Please share your opinion on how to approach this exam to ensure passing at first attempt?
Thank you,
Arun

A key part of passing the ITIL intermediate exams is working on your exam technique - the question structure and rationales can be very complicated. When you do the sample exams, make notes about why you're choosing/rejecting options and then compare to the examiners rationale. Also ask your training provider for the sample exams from the capability course that covers similar topics, as they are useful for extra practice.
kind regards and good luck
