Was able to borrow ITIL for Dummies off of a friend a bit on a whim.
What is the relationship between ITSM and IT Foundation?

stryder144 Member Posts: 1,684 ■■■■■■■■□□ITIL Foundation is a certification that deals with ITSM best practices through the ITSM lifecycle (5 phases from strategy to continual service improvement).The easiest thing to be in the world is you. Do you have an opinion if whether or not the ITIL for Dummies would be sufficient to study for the Foundation exam? -
stryder144 Member Posts: 1,684 ■■■■■■■■□□I have never read it, so I can't really comment on it. I used the Sybex/Wiley book and it was a great resource.The easiest thing to be in the world is you. IMO it will give you an idea. Read it and take the sample tests out there and see if you get it. I looked at that book last summer and did nothing for me.
