I am taking this class for the 3rd time tomorrow! I have failed this exam twice! Any pointers?

Hi c0rrin, has your training company given you any information that could help us? You should have a report from each exam that shows the areas where you performed well or badly. Also, have you done the recommended additional reading in the SO core volume?

And finally, if they haven't given you them already, ask your training company for the OSA sample exams for some extra practice, it's the ITIL capability course that covers many similar topic areas. How did you score in the sample exams during your course?
