Passed ITIL Foundation - ID photo question

I've just passed my ITIL Foundation using EXIN Online with a score of 36/40.

My only concern is that I struggled to take a great picture of my ID.
Is there anything I can/should do to help make sure it's ok? i.e. Send a better picture to support.

I found Claire Agutters 'Exan facts you need' book to be very useful.

If you are using your driving license then it is a bit small for the job - try taking a digital photo of it, enlarging it and print it to show alongside in case the proctor cannot read the details.

I use my passport as it is bigger and clearer, so try this if you have one.

If the exam has ended then wait for the proctor to get back to you - this must be a common issue and they may not take too much care in checking if it is a constant pain in the neck for them. I've done loads of exams this way and never had an issue.

i used my passport. The picture of me is clear enough, but you can't really read anything.
My webcam is 720p so I think the shiny coating on the passport itself was the problem.

ive raised a ticket with EXIN support just in case.

dont want all my hard work going to waste over a picture!

EXIN support got back to me and asked me to upload a better picture on the support ticket.
Nice quick and helpful response from them.

Fingers crossed it will be all sorted now.

Got the official confirmation from EXIN yesterday, that's me ITIL-F certified

Time to look at upgrading my MCSA now
