Done with ITIL!
Probably the easiest exam I took so far. Straight forward questions, no tricks, multiple choice only and couple of lines long at best.
Only read Claire Agutter's book. Passed with 88%. It's literally the only material you need. Easy to read and absorb. Tried to watch some vids online but I realized it was overkill and probably would confuse me more with all the extra information.
One question. Is Exin sending you certificate and pin after you create your account or do I have to buy it??

Claire Agutter Member Posts: 772 ■■■■■■■□□□Hi xrilek, congratulations on the pass! Glad the book was helpful. Most exam bodies now only supply eCertificates and require you to pay for a paper copy/pin, so probably best to check with EXIN. Claire
