Passed today with score 78%, my only source was "The exam facts you need" by Claire Agutter.
If you've already worked with ITIL processes this book is more than enough.
In addition to the expertise I thank Claire for his kindness.

I wish I had her book. I had the Knowledge Academy and the sample questions were no way near what was on the test. Passed anyway, but still that is annoying. Congrats!
