Hi Everyone

A bit about me
  • Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering
  • Started off working as IT Service Desk Analyst, then moved into Incident Management/Team Leader.
  • For the past year I have been working as a Change Manager.
  • I want to solidify my existing skills and gain a qualification to help me progress.
I recently passed the Foundation exam and I am planning on taking the following modules but want to know if I choose a mixture of ITIL Lifecycle & Capability modules how it is viewed by employers;
Release, Control and Validation
Service Transition
Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
Service Operation

    Hi Nabz, I work for a training company, our experience with our delegates is that employers value ITIL Expert certification - they don't really have a view on the courses that you take to get there.

    The only comment I'd offer about the courses you've chosen is that RCV and ST cover very similar content. You would get a better understanding of the full lifecycle if you swapped one of them for a course covering Service Design or Service Strategy content.

    Enjoy your studies,

    Claire
