HI, I work for a small IT consultancy company. We are about 20 tech and consultant. I want to orient my team toward an ITIL practice (and ISO 27001 for security). We do service desk/special project/incident response/name it for many customer (mostly SMB). Usually, all I see about ITIL is about an internal service desk (mostly), anyone have some experience in my situation.
