GCIA vs. GCFA

Hello all,

I am currently in a position to take either the GCIA or GCFA later this year and am curious which one would be more beneficial? To give some background I am currently a SOC analyst and have my GCIH.

Any input or advice would be greatly accepted.

Network or workstation, which do you prefer to start with?

IR and Threat Hunting? GCFA
Network Defending and Monitoring? GCIA

Overall, GCFA is a good follow up to GCIH. GNFA after that would cover GCIA for you...to an extent.

Awesome, thanks for the input. GCFA sounds like its better suited for me at this point.
