I just read the book of Claire Agutter (it was amazing regarding to all concepts)

but please I want to complete how can I start

is there any book for ss as foundation I can read

I bought the intermediate course videos already from training site.

    Congratulations! I'm glad the book was helpful. To take Service Strategy you will need to complete an accredited course (I assume this is the training videos you've bought?). That should be enough to prepare you for the exam, but you can also do further reading in the Service Strategy core volume if you have access to it. Good luck, Claire

    The studyguide is " ITIL Intermediate Certification Companion Study Guide: Intermediate ITIL Service Lifecycle Exams" ISBN-10: 111901221X
    The paperback edition contains 1270 pages; it is also available on Kindle.
    The book is not cheap, but is a lot cheaper than the core books, and the study guide covers all 5 lifecycle exams.
