GIAC GSEC Book
Hey All,
Just wondering what book/s you would recommend for the GSEC exam.
Typically how much study is required before an exam attempt.
What was your feeling towards the exam itself.
Thanks.

Thanks, I’ll give the “CISSP Study Guide” a go. One of the books mentioned on thread is nearly ten years old at this stage, surely can’t be relevant. Very mixed reviews of the books on amazon. Thanks again. -

2019 Goals: CISSP, Splunk certifications (Certified Core, Power User, Admin, and Architect)

One of the things I recall in them is they covered network Switch vuerabilities and compermises. When I took my own SANS 504 course there was no mention of it in my books.Still searching for the corner in a round room.
