Passed ITIL Foundation

Passed with 30/40. I sat the exam online at home via the peoplecert website. I bought my exam voucher from passion it group, which at the time was the cheapest option

In terms of resources I started of with quite a heavy course from itpro.tv because it had the words 'accredited' slapped all over it. IMO it was incredibly bloated and didn't cut to the chase. In the end I used the Jason Dion cram guide combined with the official ITIL foundation smartphone/tablet app which worked fantastically
