ianantwalks Member Posts: 8 ■■□□□□□□□□I have my exam on Monday.
Can I ask what was the exam question format like? The reason I ask is because in the ITIL V3 Android app the questions seem a lot more difficult than in the numerous sample papers I have been using to practice. -

You can take this exam as many times as you wish, you can even take it online at PeopleCert. Just as long as you are willing to pay. I didn't pass the first time, but I did on the second and you can litterally take the test again on the same day online if you are willing to pay the entrance fee. That's about the best way to put it.
