CISA & ITIL

HI

I am planning to give CISA in dec 06 , was just wondering where to start from .
I have collected CISA review manual is there anything else which i should refer...any help on this.

Also i am lookin to give ITIL in sep any books or material on this.

Pls suggest.

I just bought the CISM ticket for Dec 06... I bought the CISM review manual, but I'm going to use review manual and... "Information Technology Control and Audit, Second Edition by Frederick Gallegos, et al."

For ITIL, I bought "Foundations of IT Service Management: based on ITIL by Van Haren Publishing"... haven't read it so far!
