    though at least 3 were guesses that I didnt remember covering or I would like to argue the point icon_mad.gif ( or maybe I ought to reread the book icon_rolleyes.gif )

    Well done and thanks for the links.

    I'm just waiting on the book now and will get reading. A colleague of mine said it is deadly boring, but from what I've seen so far it all looks quite logical and makes sense.

    According to Exin's stats, you are guaranteed to pass if do the Swedish exam icon_idea.gif

    For those contemplating the ITIL foundation exams, it may be beneficial to learn Swedish first and write the exam in that language icon_lol.gif

    Theres no CBT as such as theirs no real hands on.

    I hate reading BUT the book WILL suffice.

    ( be prepared to be bored, very bored )
