Well done and thanks for the links.

I'm just waiting on the book now and will get reading. A colleague of mine said it is deadly boring, but from what I've seen so far it all looks quite logical and makes sense.

According to Exin's stats, you are guaranteed to pass if do the Swedish exam

For those contemplating the ITIL foundation exams, it may be beneficial to learn Swedish first and write the exam in that language

Theres no CBT as such as theirs no real hands on.

I hate reading BUT the book WILL suffice.
