Scored 28/40
Thought I'd done a lot better than that, but happy with a pass.....
Now back to completing my MCSE for 2003
When will this all stop?

His(her?) score, 28 of 40 (70%), is passing on an ITIL Foundation exam.
26 of 40 (65%), is the minimum passing mark on an ITIL Foundation exam.
35 of 40 would be in the excellent range for ITIL Foundation v3.0. The v3.0 exams are much tougher than v2.0, even at the Foundation level.
