I'm running ESXI in a production environment and was wondering if anyone has been able to get a UPC to communicate with it to tell it to shutdown incase of a poweroutage.

Do you have an example? And how will it interact with the ESXi environment? -

JDMurray Admin Posts: 13,092 AdminIf would be nice if there was a UPS agent that could run as a daemon directly in BusyBox and communication with the UPS over a serial or USB port. I assume that VMs can be controlled from within BusyBox, but I'm not sure.
