This mourning when I went on the internet I kept getting this page from Roadrunner about Automated Provisioning? What is Automated Provisioning?

You can do service changes yourself or via a CS rep. It doesn't require sending out an engineer to fiddle with stuff. -

Well I just solved the problem the easy way and used an alternate DNS server

Yea I'm using Google's DNS server.In that case then use Google :P If you search for Roadrunner and "Automated Provisioning" you'll see lots of threads about it and it explains what it means in that specific case. -
