You can do service changes yourself or via a CS rep. It doesn't require sending out an engineer to fiddle with stuff.

In that case then use Google :P If you search for Roadrunner and "Automated Provisioning" you'll see lots of threads about it and it explains what it means in that specific case.

Yea I'm using Google's DNS server.
