I'm about to move into the IT field and I'd like to take an ITIL course along with the certification exam just to have something extra to put on my resume. I ran a few searches on Yahoo but I couldn't come up with a place or locater to take a course like this in Florida.
Does anyone have experience with this course + certification that could possibly steer me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.
