Itil foundation exam v3

Hi all,

I want to take the ITIL foundation exam. Can anybody advise me the best book ? I will be doing self study.

Hello wazz,

well, I studied the V2 and V3 alone and for the V2 I used a very good book, but only in French, which help a lot to create an image of the cert.
For the V3 I used "ITIL V3 Foundation Complete Certification Kit 2009 " from Tim Malone (Auteur), Ivanka Menken (Auteur), Gerard Blokdijk (Auteur).

It was a good introduction to the V3 concept but with some lacks about the overall pictures of the processes.

So I searched some others ressources and I found a very good Youtube channel, which explain in a easy and sharp way all the process and sub-process for the V3 Foundation in about 130 videos !! You can find this channel here : YouTube - IsleBeeBach's Channel

And last thing, I searched some V3 map and try to remain all the structures, from the cradle of a service to the cradle.
