Help ITIL Foundation

Dear All,

I would like to get some info

I have downloaded the CBT for ITIL Foundation Paper V3. I want to get the book for ITIl. from which book to read?

I have downloaded the following books

ITIL - Service Design
ITIL - Service Strategy
ITIL - Service Lifecycle - Introduction to ITIl
ITIL - Service Operation
ITIL - Service Transition
ITIL - Continual Service Improvement

Is the ITIL Foundation book included in any of these. I have heard that there r 5 books to prepre for the complete ITIL course but i only want to take the foundation.

Can you please assist me in getting the foundation book by the author chritian nissen.

Someone please assist

The answer is either all or none, depending on your outlook. The foundations exam will cover the very basics of all the areas. The Lifecycle - Introduction to ITIL sounds the closest though.

Otherwise I suggest a book seller after you get the ISBN number.

Amazon sells it for $40 U.S. I do not know if they ship to Dubai.

If you've got the V3 books, you can use the Foundation syllabus to direct your studies.

The syllabus can be downloaded here:

You may find the 5 core volumes are 'information overload' for the Foundation exam - there is a smaller book targeted more directly at the Foundation syllabus which you can get from tsoshop.co.uk (and probably lots of other places too)
