CIW Javascript Specialist

I got an email today that CIW has now certified me (took the test March 23) as a Javascript Specialist. After initially taking the test I was informed that the Javascript test I took through WGU wouldn't merit me as much as a piece of paper or cert from CIW.
Woo hoo a new cert!

I recently got an email talking about how any CIW test will now merit a cert. So i guess that is a reflection of this change. Kinda cool to see they made it retroactive (im looking at you, CompTIA)
I got a fortune cookie that said "Outlook not so good" and I thought to myself "Yeah...but Microsoft sells it anyway."

As much work as I put into it I was disappointed when I learned it didn't earn me a certificate. I still don't know if I get an actual certificate. The email didn't mention mailing me a cert. This is all it said:
Congratulations on completing all the requirements for the CIW JavaScript Specialist program. You have been certified on 03/23/2010. You can review your status in the CIW Candidate Information Center:

I just found out they don't print and mail out certs for the Javascript specialist for anyone who took the test before July 30, 2010. They said they would print and mail me a cert for $23.50! That would have to be an awesome certificate for me to pay that much.
