Hi ,
Can someone guide me on how to proceed to "Develop a valid business case (with costing) for the implementation of ITIL".
Need to know:
1) How to arrive @ Cost per process
2) How to quantify tangible benefits per process
And a good doc template which can help me to put this in place.
Regards
Arun

Don't try to 'cost' a process - cost a Service and identify how efficient processes can reduce that cost (or increase the quality of the service). -

Agree completely.
The purists out there would argue that you don't "implement" ITIL. Rather, you adopt guidelines it offers.
Third point...people get compensated well for what you're asking. It's unlikely that you're going to get anything of value that meets your needs for free.
